Big ups to The City of Tshwane. I called their call centre on the 18th this month at around 13h50 complaining about not getting electrical supply at home.
My neighbours on both sides had no issues. Clearly it was only my house with a problem.
I spoke to Moipone who was super polite on the call while taking my details and asking me all relevant questions.
She gave me a reference number and still asked if there was anything else I'd like to be helped with. This was the first, for someone to make time at the municipality to check if there's anything else I'd like to be helped with? Wow.
Within an hour, I got a call from Tshwane; an electrician was at my house and have attended to and fixed the problem.
I'm hugely impressed by the urgency that my case was attended to. Thanks a million. Big ups and happy Mandela day.
