My appeal was lodged within 30 days, it was send to the SAPS in August 2012. I have been calling them repeatedly without any joy.

On 15 January this year they said that the appeal is on the system and pending. I phone them every 2 to 3 weeks and the only reply is "pending".

For thelast two weeks their telephoned just give the "out of order" tone when you call. I can't even get the pending reply.

Can you perhaps assist in applying pressure on them?
