No joy calling the numbers provided on CIPC websit

All i need is a copy of my CK1 document. I have called on numerous occassions and have NEVER been transferred to an agent. I have sent e-mails, but NO RESPONSE.

This is preventing me from running my business.

PLEASE HELP!
