I would like to say thank you to Carlyn for such impeccable service. I was in two minds whether or not i should renew my subscription with Mens Health as i have not received copies of the mag since January due to the Post Office strike.
Thumbs up to you, as there was no attitude or tone in any way or form and different measures are put in place to ensure that i receive not only the mag delivered to my home address, BUT also that i receive the February & March mags as well.
Thank you, i wish there are more individuals like you in the service industry as it is worth writing about.
We all know that SA's service level (lack thereof) is on the increase, and as a result of the service received i will renew my subscription.
