I am yet to receive any copies on my subscription of Financial Mail since February 2013. While there is a postal strike, I feel that Financial Mail having service problems with delivery subcontractors is not my fault. The company should have alternatives in place to make sure my subscription (which was paid for a year in advance) gets honoured. Getting 8 old copies of Financial Mail when the Post Office finally gets its house in order is not my idea of quality service as a lot of the content will have become stale and outdated. Besides an sms saying the budget issue will be late, the company has done absolutely nothing in way of apologising for the lack of delivery, or trying to make alternative arrangements to get the magazines couriered to my work or home address. This is not value for money and amounts to terrible customer service, if not of my subscription fees! Shame on you, Financial Mail!
