After almost 3 emails and two phone calls our Financial Mail subscription has still not been renewed. Most of the email addresses they give out bounce back, at first I thought I was just writting them down incorrectly, but it's happened more than once, which makes it suspect.
No-one replies to emails, even the [Email Removed] email which they say you should send your payment proof to doesnt get replied to, heaven help you if you actually phone them, they have attitude sky high and still I sit with no Financial Mail and a grumpy boss - even tho we paid WELL before our subscription expired!!!
And lets not even get STARTED on renewing our Business Day subscription, that took me about 3 months to sort out. And I get to look forward to this every year without fail.
Its a useless company which really needs to be shaken very hard.
