My sister in law won a competition in January on pay your bill and have had endless problems getting my bill paid. You send proof of your account and Jacaranda pays that installment to you and you get to pay your bill for one month.
My wife has been phoning like crazy and every time there is new excuses why it wasn't done. My sister in law has been phoning and nothing was done. This is not acceptable! I am not interested in the there was many competitions, January payments should have been settled long ago. I would love a response in payment not another story.
