Notwithstanding exhaustive communication over a period of 1 year and 2 previous listings on Hello Peter re the cancelation of Info 3 YP, and numerous assurances and promises from various people in the company, that it would be calcelled and the account be credited, nothing has still been done.
On the last listing on Hello Peter, the company contaced me immediatley and PROMISED that they would cancel the listing and put a credit through in December 12, backdated to August 2012.
Subsequent to this discussion I did not pay the fee for December, on the basis that the credit would be done.
On 11 January 2013, a irrate customer got hold of us and informed us that our 086 no. had been cut off.
Through Trudon not keeping their promises re the above and our 086 no been cut off, our company has lost massive amount of business and have been put in an imensley embarrasing position.
As I mentioned in my previous complaint, this must rank as the worst service I have ever encounterd in my life, and it contiues in the same vain, even after all the promises and complaints - --- a no care attitude and they serve small business in SA - absolutely diabolical
