I bought a ticket last year October to see Ooprah Winfrey and one of the things that was promised to us was the 6 months free O club subscription which included free delivery of the O magazine for six months and till today I'm still waiting for my magazine to be delivered. What really annoys me is I phoned more than once to try and understand what the problem is I had to leave my contacts details and no one had the decency to phone me back. finally I managed to get an email address and I emailed [Email Removed] and the response was they will deliver my February issue while they are resolving the problem as I write this complain today no one has come back to me. What I don't understand is that the message was on the actual ticket after its purchased so that was no need for them to to us. it's a disgrace that such a brand is so incompetent and to think that I thought they will carry values that Oprah stands for but actually the O magazine SA is lying to people with false advertising and empty promises. I will never ever buy this magazine or support anything. O MAG IS A DISGRACE!!!
