Without any consent, Trudon has added a total of close to R10000 to my Telkom account. When queried, I was told there was nothing Telkom can do about this (who authorized Telkom to allow a third party to bill me!?!?). Further, despite numerous phone calls, emails and correspondence, I am ignored and laughed at by the consultants and made empty promises of refunds that don't materialize. My most recent, and possibly most productive, phone call to date I am told Trudons policy is no refunds, only credit notes. I did not ask for you advertising, I did not authorize you to take my money, I do not want your credit note! I want my money back, in my account- along with all admin and interest charges levied by yourselves and Telkom. This is pure!!!
