Sometime ago last year I won a hamper from O Magazine which comprised of a couple of items including Oprah's 20th Anniversary DVD collection, sometime ago when I tried playing them they gave me an error message asking for a region code, I therefore contacted the O Magazine offices in Cape Town and Jane advised me to go to Game store or Incredible connection and ask for settings of which I did and was advised that I was given DVD's meant for area code 1, which is USA and that South Africas region code is 2, when I went back with feed back to the Magazine or rather Jane, she said they are not liable for the upgrade of my machine even after I told her the problem is the region code, because the DVD's were imported which baffles me as the same DVD;s are available in most audio outlets, and why did they have to import them as some of the prices included were SA product? All I want DVD's with the correct code and have the current one's taken off my hands, this is really frustrating and I cant begin to express my anger as out of all of the contents of the hamper the Oprah DVD's were the most outstanding and I was looking forward to watching them, so I need cooperation and not silly suggestions
