Builders Warehouse
Ad coding

I came across a catalogue of yours. it expired in september last year however there is a mirror in the catalogue which I liked.
I phoned this morning to find out about it, the lady advised, after having given her the product code in the catalogue, that it is not in stock but will try and trace it and get back to me.
She did not get back to me so I phoned again, I spoke to a gentleman this time, I gave him the code, and he advised that the code is not valid and can in no way get this mirror for me.
What's the point of putting coding to items if it expires after a short period of time, are you saying that if you sell out of something that you are not prepared to order in another one for the client, or at least keep a record of where you got it from so I can try and get it from the supplier.
The code of the product is 328105. It is an ornate mirror of 1370x870 advertised for R900.
If you would be prepared to order another one of these for me I would be very grateful, or at least tell me which supplier I can ask then.
