I sms to the drive a new car advertisement to buy a new vehicle. I was promised that I will pay only R1100-00 per month and they will pay the R1500-00 if I do drive 2000km. My first payment with 2000km I received only R1100-00 and Blue lakes website shows I should received R1224-00. I e-mailed them through the ticket system they do have and I explain to the they did give me the agreed amount. There is also 'n difference of payment between their website and my bank account amount. Now they said they made a mistake by promised me the agreed amount of R1500-00. Some kind of mistake they made on their website. Until today I received still the short payment. We agreed by contract that was promised and the conversation was recorded. I left a huge amount of massages but until today they do sort out my problem. I need now help because Blue Lakes ignore to assist me and they do not want to listen to me. They made the "mistake" when I signed the contract and now I must be penalized. Please Hello Peter help me.
