BAD SERVICE

I got excellent service up and till the day I paid, from there I cannot even start to tell the bad service I received from this company. I waited as mentioned my 7 days and only on the 7th day I was informed that all canvas's was not printed. I explained that it was birthday gifts, then they made arrangements for the 2 to be delivered that Friday to my house and then already I said the other two is also birthday gifts for the weekend after that. They made an agreement with me that it will be delivered last week Wednesday. I arranged with my house keeper that someone is delivering stuff for me; she waited the entire day and did not leave till I arrived just to inform me they never came. They knew it will not be delivered that Wednesday as the delivery company has not collected it yet, but they waited till I send an email the Thursday to inform me of that, extremely bad service for the client to ask why the arrangement did not happen. Then I was promised that the goods will be delivered on Friday 27th of Sept at my work address before 2pm Well that also did not happen and I send 2 emails on Friday and received no feedback. Now they say that the lady that handle this has resigned.
