POOR SERVICE, NO RESPONSE

I bought several groupon vouchers for Canvas prints. I sent emails through with the pictures I wanted. Whenever I phoned the shop to enquire about the order I was told the owner Yash is the only one who can help. When I do eventually get to speak to him, I then hear excuses for the lack of response or he is too busy to speak to me.
I just want my money back!
