I regularly fill out surveys posted by The Panel Station. After you have collected a certain number of reward points, you can exchange these for one of several pay outs - in my case I chose to exchange my points for R250-worth of Kalahari vouchers. I duly got these with one R50-voucher and one R200-voucher, according to the e-mail sent by the Panel Station. However, upon exchanging them with [URL Removed] in an online order, I was told by Kalahari that the R200-voucher was only worth R100 as bought by the Panel Station. I have now queried this repeatedly with Panel Station who initially tried to pass the buck, saying it was Kalahari's error, and then stopped replying to my e-mails altogether. I gather from their Facebook page that this is their usual way of dealing with customers' complaints with regard to reward (non) payment. It's, quite frankly, to pass off a R100 voucher as being worth R200, and I expect the Panel Station to correct this immediately, with an apology and admission of error, but I see that HelloPeter list them as a "company that doesn't respond". What a surprise.
