Awaiting Payments for months

I won a competition months ago. I had to call them and follow up on the payment. I gave them my bank details still no action. Called them almost every week they promise to call me back but they never do. They promised that the money will be paid in on a certain day but I am still waiting. Spoke to 2 junior staff and asked that their boss give me an explaination for delay in payment but no response. They are a very unproffessional. Make promises and dont keep. Really feel annoyed by them because I have to keep calling them and they keep making empty promises.
