Miss Klopper bought a cellphone for Pep, but after using the device it started giving problems. She took the phone back and then was told they have to send the phone in for repairs and this will take 2 - 3 weeks. And was told the phone has to be returned with in 7 days, so after 7 days and the phone does have problems then what, do you have to loose your money???
I gave her the money to buy the phone as she is busy looking for employment, this is not acceptable, when she went back to the store the lady told her the phone is not back and she cannot demand the money back. Their is a consumer protection act and she can demand the money back. I would like you to refund the money to Miss Klopper so she can go and buy a proper phone. Can this please be resolved a.s.a.p
