Contacted Vodacom on 2 Dec 2016 and the consultant promised to revert to me the following Monday and to date no response. After this in itial contact I have visited Vodacom outlet in Paarl Mall, whom responded by saying Branches and Call Centres do not work on the same platform. The consultant at POaarl Maarl said I am paying more than double for a package that is actually capped. In my initial contact with the Vodacom Call Centre I insisted in having the recording and/or evidence where I authorised a different package, No one seems to care via Vodacoms No Response.
