UNWILLING TO ASSIST

I recently visited the post office to buy stamps, modimo the service there it is like you are pushing them or forcing them to assist you. They drag their feet to assist you i bet they know nothing about customer service, they talk as if they do not want to talk, they are so reluctant and they dont listen... could somebody start training their staff!! Hire more active people who really want to work
