Both times I have gone to Artes Art Materials on 210 Durban Road, Bellville, I have received such unprofessional and childish service. During both times, I stood outside of the gates ringing the door bell, after a few minuets, I shouted "Hello? " into the shop. I then received a "I am on the phone, I will get to you now, OKAY!!! ". During my second time, the exact same thing happened when I stood outside and rang the door bell about 3 times and the shouted, "Hello, anyone there? ". After they finally opened the door, I asked the employee if the door bell works? She replied by saying, "Yes, it work very well, we heard the ring very clearly, " in a sarcastic tone.
This service is unacceptable and childish coming from grown women.
