I have an employee who has amazing vouchers debiting her account each and every month and after numerous telephone calls to cancel this, her account is still being debited. Your telemarketing agents people into giving their bank details and when innocent people want to cancel, they hit a dead end with a contact centre who keeps refering it to a account department and thats where it ends.
She cannot dispute these payments as the bank requires a letter from amazing vouchers and after requesting this, she has also not received any assistance. I want a Manager to contact me urgently to resolve this today
