I purchased Dolmades made by Mediterranean Delicacies. It tasted bad. I've purchased it before and it didn't taste the same. There was definitely something wrong with it. I contacted Frances at BM Foods Jhb and she said a sales consultant, Tokkie, would replace it the same week. Tokkie called me and said he would confirm a date with me later in the week. I didn't hear back from him. After a week, I called him and he said he would get back to me. I didn't hear from him again. I called Frances (2 weeks after my 1st call to her) and explained that no one had replaced the product yet. She didn't apologize but said that a sales consultant would call me and arrange a delivery. It's been another 2 weeks and no one has contacted me. It's been a full month since I contacted Frances the 1st time. Their product was defective and they promised, not once, but twice to replace it and they did not. There was absolutely no follow through with what they said they would do. Furthermore, I sent Frances an email which she requested after our 1st conversation with the batch code, bar code and expiry date of the product to which I received no reply. Terrible service! Will not buy their products again!
