Gift Experience does not deliver as promised

I had purchased a gift voucher for a supercar driving experience for my hubby a few months prior to his birthday. He contacted gift experience south africa to make a booking which they confirmed telephonically but also assured him that they would e-mail his a confirmation, which they never did. He had booked for 27 April 2013. Today friday 26th April they e-mailed to inform me that no cars will be available on the day my husband had booked for. Prior to this I contacted Claire Maasch, CEO of Gift Experience South Africa to book the specififc 2 cars my husband would have liked to drive. She gave me a story about sometimes cars are not available so he may not be able to drive his chosen cars. Nothing of this was mentioned when I had booked and paid for the voucher. The company about the serivces they offer. You pay a large amount thinking you will get your gift but you actually end up with nothing! Disgusting service and bad attitude from the CEO. I would never reccomend this company.
