Pathetic Service and workmanship

Hi, I would like to bring to your attention the pathetic service I am receiving from Kemper Ford Bluff. My car was towed on 9/4/2013 to KFB due to overheating. The car was supposed to have been repaired by 11/04. Only to be told it will be tomorrow. A day later I was told that the car was fixed and I had to pay R1090 as the warranty was not covering the probkem. I paid the amount due and the next day the car overheated yet again. I emailed KFB & informed them that the car will be towed in again on Monday. First I was told that by wednesday I will have the car, yet to date I have not been able to take hold of my car. I have continuously asked for a loan car to assist me but to no avail.
I now wish to be re-imbersed the money paid for repairs on 9/4/2013 (R1090) and travelling cost @R50/day as it is costing me extra for travelling to & fro from work.
