We are a company that supplies and installs Built in cupboards, Kitchens, Bathroom vanities and bedroom vanities... We were asked by a customer to supply a quote for an insurance claim on a BIC, we supplied the quote and it was accepted... The work was completed earlier then scheduled, but the client was satisfied. We were then given a clearance number and were promised the money would be transferred within the week. To our surprise it was never done, we kept calling the call centre, only to receive different answers. Eventually we spoke to one of the managers, it then came to light that there was a dispute about our pricing and quote, but they accepted it in the beginning. After our December shut down, there was still no payment. So we were now sitting for 3 and a half weeks without payment. We have now had payment, but only last week Friday. That was 5weeks later. Please be aware of this for future reference.
