Over a year ago, Global Visa's acknowledged that they incorrectly assessed our case and put us onto a visa that we do not qualify for. This is after over a year of waiting for a response. After my last complaint, they contacted me and assured me the matter will be resolved and asked me to change my status on HelloPeter for resolved and satisfied. I am STILL waiting for our R20 000. All this time that we do not have our money, I am living in a country with no family and my son hasn't met any family as they all live in Australia. All I want to do is get over to my family and I feel like I have been imprisoned. I cannot do this, until this matter is resolved. I keep hearing empty promises. My complaint has now been forwarded to CarteBlanche and I will be taking this further.
