On Monday I ordered medicine online and paid - my credit card immediatley buzzed my phone to tell me it was paid. I expected the medicine on Tuesday. On Monday afternoon i get asked for a copy of my credit card and ID which stupidly i sent. Nothing happens on Tuesday. On wednesday i start to query and get a snotty email telling me that it takes three working days. Today i get told firstly that they can't find it and then that the driver has it. I have sponsered them for four days for no result. this is not good enough
