Over the last 4 or 5 years there have been several times when something from cable to lightning strikes have caused electricity supplies to be disrupted.
Every time I call the call center to report the disruptions, I am spoken to in a polite manner and am usually told that the technicians will be on site to begin sorting the problem out within 4 hours.
Only once has it taken longer than the 4 hours to fix the problem.
While people are usually very quick to complain, I would just like to take the 5 minutes to say that the efforts are very appreciated. Thank you :)
