I am an intern doctor and needing to register with HPCSA, through out the times, they were unreachable, the phones never went through, and she only replied two of my emails, both of which took months before she replied and the emails were not helpful regarding my questions.
I had sent every single documents they asked for on the list and yet they still request the same documents two months later on that late email, therefore i suspected they had actually just lost my package.
Furthermore, when I actually flew to Pretoria from Cape Town personally to sort this out and I had all the documents with me in person, I went up to the office, this lady, Matsheko Mokau, came with an irritated attitude and her tone was simply rude and unhelpful, when i wanted to give her my documents, she said: " where must i put this, do you think i am going to put it on my table", then she asked me to post everything to her again to an address she had written down for me, the name of the street was a bit of a scribble and it was in Afrikaans, so i asked what she had written there, she replied: " well, you were trained in Pretoria, if you can't speak Afrikaans, go back to your country"
