This parcel (PE779892487ZA) was posted on the 12th of FEBRUARY, and is supposed to be delivered to ORANIA, NORTHERN CAPE. How the does it end up going to PTA then PIETERSBURG???

Today is the 4th of April, 6 more days and 2 MONTHS had past.
All i can say is: INCOMPETENT UNACCEPTABLE USELESS UNSKILLED LACKING ABILITY HOPELESS
