I constantly phone and e-mail customer services regarding incoming EMS tracking numbers and not once have i had any response. Normally i try call 10 different numbers and send 10's of e-mails and it takes me days to get any response. This morning i sent 1 e-mail and withing 30 mins i had all the information that i needed. This is the service that should be given constantly and the mere fact that i am so shocked by what should be standard service proves how bad our standards are.
