I used papercut and I thought all was good and well, since I live in joberg and they are in capetown. But the sample pictures she sent me hid flaws and aspects she completely left out. Topstitching was missing, parts were lined with lining fabric instead of leather as requested. She FAILED to mention this at all in the sampling process, when questioned I was told it was my fault because she didn't have a certain machine foot and that it would have been more expensive to do all the things I had requested. She was also late with deadlines and failed to even discuss that she had under quoted herself, apparently doing me a favour. A very poor estamblisment indeed
