I hired Nektas productions for my wedding on the 7, 8 and 9th August, and we paid a full amount of R 7500, cash to Mr Satish Adhee, on the evening of the 26th June 2013, but he failed to provide me with an invoice, but he took the cash. And on the 25th July i advised Mr Adhee, that the wedding needed to be postponed as there was a death in the family, he was fine that but on the 7th August 2013, i called him to advise that the wedding was cancelled, and subsequent to that i asked for refund, and he failed to give me one, he produced the contract, which stated that in terms cancellation they entitled to a full amount, but if one fails to produce an invoice how can that contract be a valid one. This company is out to people and how can one assist small time business like Nektas Productions if they fail to provide sufficient customer service, and honesty they instead rob innocent poeple pf their monies and this is contract will be kicked out in a court of law
