My husband took out amazing vouchers a couple of months ago for me, we have been struggling ever since to get the card number and password which is required on the website in order for us to print the vouchers.we then decided to cancel. i spoke to Fowziah who had a terrible attitude, she was going to phone my husband and sort everything out which she never did. i emailed her and she didnt respond. 2 weeks ago my husband phone them as he decided enough is enough as he is paying R195 per month but does not get use of the service. he asked them to cancel they tell him, he must pay for 6 months before he can cancell, my husband was shocked. how can you pay a company R195 per month for 6 months when you never even once claimed a voucher? to put the choclolate on cake with their bad service they debited his bank account twice last month. we have the proof. the debited on the 31st January 2013 and on the 4th February 2013. and no one can help us. their service is pathetic. and if they dont cancell this account we will take this to the CPA
