Yesterday I made an appointment at your cresta branch (nail bar) for my fiancee as she was feeling a little down. After 2 calls in and a returned call it was established for 430pm. I was very explicit and stated on numerous occassions during the call it was for hands and feet. She normally sees Candice who was not available yesterday so it was scheduled for today. She arrived at the store to be told she would only be seen for gellish on her feet. She then pointed out she never comes in just for feet. At that point the staff ignore her, talk to one another in a language she cannot understand (ABSOLUTE HEIGHT OF RUDENESS) and then do what every single person in this country does.
