Tiaan's, installed 2 air conditioners in my home on 4 Jan 2013. They broke the flap regulating the wind flow and promised to replace it the next morning. No one pitched and no one called. On the Monday I called and they promised to come and replace it that afternoon. Since then I have continuously phoned and they have made numerous empty promises. They have also made 4 appointments and never showed up. Needless to say that they never even phoned to cancel the appointments. Two and a half months later I am still waiting for them to install the flap.
