This company moved my furniture from Port Elizabeth to Pretoria. When they offloaded by belongings, the truck was very wet inside, the blankets covering my Wall Unit was soaking wet. The veneer started to bubble within a week, I reported this, they came to fetch it. Six weeks later they informed me that it was normal Tear & Tear and they were not going to replace it. It took them another three weeks to return my Wall Unit, in an even worse state, I took pictures and send it to them, I even sent them pictures of the condition it was in before the move. I call them every day, but they just say they will follow up with the insurance, but nothing gets done. They delivered my furniture on 3 December 2012, it is now more than 4 months later and all my belongings in my TV room is still standing on the floor. If I knew about your pathetic service before the time, I would never have done business with you.
