I hope this will fall into someone's lap. I am convinced I am not the only one - I believe every person applying for positions online has the same problem. You register, upload your cv, fill out their cv (what for?!!!) then apply for positions - just to receive an automated response lately - requesting you to FAX all your documents to them. How many people have fax's with Telkom that has removed tel cables and provide satelite which CANNOT attach a fax to - fax--email -fax is quite a problem getting it off the ground and thats another whine! But 99.9% people have access to email, laptops or smart phones where they can email everything from. I wonder how many opportunities I, and 1000's have lost due to the FAX issue. Then how many people that applies for positions actually gets appointed? Or even gets to go to an interview? Yet apply directly to a company and sometimes at least (68%) get invited to interviews. How can we beat that system, its a vicious circle of going nowhere very fast. If we were given the choice of faxing and email-which by the way goes to one email address-would cut out chances of people being unemployed and employers getting staff to do the work.
