At the beginning of Nov 2012 we have had contact with renew it to order my car's bumper as this was the only damage i had to my car. I explained to this company that i didn't want to leave my car there until the new bumper came, as the car was very drivable. They phoned back a week later to say its acceptable, but i need to pay the excess first and bring the car so that they can get the right colour. I took the car in to check the colour code and pay the excess on the 18th of nov. 2 days after my husbands bday. Nothing happened since that day until the end of January2013. Andre told me how everyone was fired and new staff hired. I also asked him very nicely and wrote on my form when handing my car in pls don't allow anyone to drive my car off of the premises, this form also clearly states that any damage is to the owners account. I explained clearly that i will drive my car to jeep myself. Andre agreed. They promised that my car will be finished the Friday as i needed it, it wasn't nor was it on their premises when i went to collect. I have been phoning them to ask for my other parts, they don't return my calls and when i speak to them they say they will phone me back. Its March 20
