Exactly the same thing happened to me and the R1354 was deducted 3x from my c/card, they mailed me a confirmation of purchase and gave this nr 0800 123 456. For support team but that nr is incorrect and I have replied to the mail they sent me 3x and still no reply. The ad said buy 5 bottles of Nutra Burn 10 for 259r which I understood as R259 and it specifically says for South African residence only.
