Went to register for TV licence at Hillbrow high point post office 8 days ago and was told the system is down and they said we are currently working on it and today went back to register and to my surprise they are still off line. What kind of service is this? Please change the service SA post office. They still offer the forms and the next thing we cant help you we are offline, why thengive out forms when they know they are forever off line? Wasting my valuable time waitin to be served. Come on!!!
