They took my money and ran

I requested 2 airconditoners on 27/11/2012 and they requested a deposit of 50%. I paid R9000. They did not come to install and to to cut a very long saga of excuses short, LeRoy de Wet, the owner, no claims to be bankrupt. I urge all other complainants to take this man to court. He knowingly took my money when he admits he knew the business was going under. This money came as a payout from my insurance company as I was diagnosed with cancer and he has it from me.
