We paid our 50% deposit to VDA Systems, Lochner De Wet in mid December. We arranged that the unit be installed on 3 January, this after we cut our holiday short to make this date possible
Since we have had several promises and about stock etc. after contacting Samsung Head office in Killarney Gardens, Cape Town it was confirmed that there was issues. Samsung, by whom VDA is registered as a prefered installer now denies given us an aircon on COD basis (even while we are happy to pay more than what our remaining 50% deposit can cover) as they apparently don't sell directly to the. Public, pathetic!!
Lochner De Wet does not answer his phone and his phone is switched off for the last two days!
