I went to the hairdresser and what was meant to take 2.5 hours took 6! When I got home very tired and annoyed I took a proper look at my hair which was originally soft and full of life now dry and blotchy! The roots were not done and it was breaking. I called the Salon who refused to fix it. After argueing with them they made an appointment on a day they were closed and then again refused to fix it the next day when I called to see what was going on! I went personally to the owner who was very rude and dismissed me! I posted a picture on facebook of my hair and the big embarressing blotches and then had to pay almost R1000 to fix it at another salon and get a series of treatments to help repair the damage. The owner threatened to take legal action against me if I say any defamortory things, and in all fairness I am aloud to post whatever I want to on my profile! I had approuched her very nicely and professionally to begin with, with no luck! She gave me 1 hour to remove the photo and threatened legal action! She also harrassed me through bbm and said very insulting things which having a new baby was very stressful! She never reimbures me the money or for damage caused!
