Ordered a biltongmaker online from [URL Removed] on 01-12-2012. Went on holiday (had somebody else collect parcel) and opened parcel on 12-01-2013. Assembled and tested product, only to find that workmanship was less than adequate and that flies could just walk into housing - this is a product that is supposed to dry raw meat...
Many e-mails to [URL Removed] etc - end result - no refund and in response to flies being able to enter housing and lay eggs on raw meat, the response from supplier was: "To take care of the flies hang netting over the machine or put it in a place where there are no flies and you will have no problem"
Strongly advise against buying the Biltongmaker from this company.
