I received the dreaded email, that it took Virbac 2 years to realise they supply faulty microchips. They stated that all faulty chips must be replaced, and they would pay us back. Well that is a lie. Lee Britton who keeps promising my refund, but never does it, has now decided to ignore all emails, phone calls etc. Who else do I speak to? Virbac are a difficult company to get hold of. I think this is utterly disgusting and unproffesional, and I am so glad I no longer use Virbac, I do not want to be associated with them, I would just like my money back now!
