We use about 12.5 boxes of ouma rusks in a month. we buy 6 to 7 packs at a time. while i was eating a rusk i notice a WORM on it!!! this is disgusting! There are multiple packs (sealed) that have worms in it.
When calling your call center, I was advised no one can help, they will pass on a message for someone to call me back. This happened twice! The level of service and the quality is pathetic. Never would I treat a customer like this! This isn't how a professional company acts.
