I am a regular consumer of Ouma Rusks, in particular the Muesli flavor.
My past 2 experiences have not been so pleasant and unfortunately makes me hesitant to continue to support the brand.
The first incident was over December when the entire box of Muesli rusks had a burnt taste, we eventually ended up throwing it away.
The second and most recent incident happened over the weekend when I bought a box of Ouma Muesli rusks from Vincent Super Spar in East London. We opened the box on Sunday to find that they were all soft and stale. Another box thrown away.
Please look into it and get back to the great quality you were delivering before - I see I am not the only one that has noticed the quality has decreased over the years. Not quite the product I remember!
