Ouma Rusks - Poor Quality, Small, Over Cooked

Of late we have been bitterly disappointed with the quality of the Ouma rusks. We have been buying Ouma rusks for many years but they seem to be getting worse and worse. They are no longer a decent size, in fact many times we have found small pieces rather than a decent size rusk in the box and more often than not they are over cooked. What has happened to be good old Ouma rusks??? Very disappointed!
